Shenzhen Yoohun Optoelectronics was established in 2005. We specialize in LED encapsulation, R&D and production. We offer various kinds of LED application products including LED tubes, bulbs, industrial lights, ceiling lights, panel lights, spotlights and our new IP66 floodlights. Our headquarters is based in Baoan, Shenzhen, the production base of LED products.
We independently developed the SMAC LED technology, which is patented in mainland China. Using this technology, each LED reaches 10W and lifespan reaches 50,000 hours, with 90lm/W. In addition, our LED ceiling lights apply COB and SMAC high power LEDs, with 8-40W available and 100lm/W. We also have dimmable models. All our products have passed German GS, American UL, CE, EMC, FCC and RoHS certifications as well as tests by SGS. All SMAC products have 5-year warranty as well.
We currently have 126 workers, 3 automatic crystallizing machines, 2 automatic sealing machines, 5 semi-automatic point power machines, 16 wire bonders, 2 expanding film machines and 3 spectrometers. Each month, we manufacture 20,000 LED tubes, 20,000 LED ceiling lights, 50,000 LED bulbs and 10,000 LED floodlights. We also develop 5-6 new products monthly, with a sample lead time of 5 days.
